PEI
The high performance engineering plastic is a non reinforced self-extinguishing amorphous polymer with high thermal, electrical and mechanical properties which are typical of a crystalline polymer. The temperature range is -30℃ to 200℃. The weak point is the cost is higher than conventional engineering plastics. The shock resistance is not high.

Attributes
Used for ejection transformation process, high pull strength.
High continuous processing temperature (normal 150℃ degrees)
Less than 150℃ degree, the elasticity coefficient varies by little
Need high temperature to transform, low flowability, poorly endures chemical base or absorb moisture.
Under high temperature, maintains high mechanical strength, hardness, and resists movement.
Hardly inflammable, UL94VO exhausts oxygen at 42.
Best fits disinfecting room that uses steam to disinfect)
Endures friction, heat, oil and chemicals.
Endures inflammability, and seasonal change, emits little smoke, very transparent (not filled)
Even under low temperature, high hardness
Good stability Not easily develop bacteria, often used in food processing industry.
Electrical insulation
Highly resists radiation
