Construction Plastics possess the characteristics of high strength rate and high heat resistance rate; for extended use, it is not transformable, and the expandable coefficient is very low. Other functions include low chemical reactivity and excellent electrical performance. They are a common substitute for metal, glass, bronze, aluminum, and even steel parts and products. Construction Plastics are also made into parts and outer shell products for engineering uses. Its strength, impact, heat performance, hardness and its durability make it a first rate plastic.

There are five core types of high-performance plastics: PC, PBT, POM, Nylon, and m-PPE. Other expansions include specialized engineering plastics: LCP、 PPS、 PSF、 PI. In the recent years, in optical science, a vast demand rose in heat-resistant transparent plastics. High-performance engineering plastics have excellent mechanical property and can sustain heat above 150 C degrees. PPS and LCP are amongst the greater market demands.

ESD product The SemitronR ESd family of static dissipative products was designed for use where electrical discharge in operation is a problem. They are commonly used for sensitive electronic components including: integrated circuits, hard disk drives and circuit boards. Semitron products are also an excellent choice for material handling applications, and components in high speed electronic printing and reproducing equipment. They do not rely on atmospheric phenomena to activate, nor are surface treatments used to achieve dissipation. Static electricity is dissipated through these products as readily as it is dissipated along the surface.

In the 20th century, compound materials developed rapidly, especially ultra-molecule materials. The reason is that most ultra-molecule material has high electrical resistance rate (this includes plastics, compound rubber, and variety of compound fiber), hence can meet the needs of different markets. Compared to natural material, ultra-molecule material has better performance in electric resistance, mechanical property, and heat resistance. It has an important place in all insulation materials. The main ultra-molecule material includes: polythene, polystyrene, polypropylene, epoxy resin that are comprised of polyimide.

Solder pallet
Solder pallet is mainly used for dip soldering process. In addition to the excellent heat resistance and durability, it achieves necessary properties for soldering pallet such as anti-solder property preventing solder sticking, good chemical resistance preventing degradation with less influence by flux. Also it enables precise machining with good machinability. Due to high strong structure made form glass fiber as base material, it can remain very thin wall by milling that is required spec for masking pallet for precision SMD.
